Everything you need to know about our shipping methods, delivery times and costs.

1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of your order.

Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are dispatched the same day.

Netherlands	1–3 working days

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. During busy periods (sales, public holidays) delivery times may be slightly longer.

We work with reliable carriers to deliver your order quickly and safely:

bpost — Standard home or office delivery (Belgium)
PostNL — Delivery in the Netherlands
Pick-up point — Pick up at a parcel point near you (bpost point, PostNL service point)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow the status of your shipment.

You can also check the status of your order in your customer account under "My orders".

Check your package upon receipt. If the package is damaged, report this immediately to the carrier and contact our customer service.

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to find a solution.
