Not satisfied? You have 14 days to return your order.

1. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

In accordance with the Code of Economic Law (WER Book VI, Art. VI.47-53) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts the day after receipt of the product (or the last product in an order with multiple products with different delivery dates).

2. How to return?

Follow these steps to return your order:

1. Report your return by email or via the contact form on our website. State your order number and which products you wish to return.
2. You will receive an email confirmation with return instructions.
3. Pack the products carefully in the original packaging (if possible) and send them back within 14 days of your return notification.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund.

3. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the products must:

• Be unused and undamaged
• Be in the original, unopened packaging (if applicable)
• Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Art. VI.53 WER the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Products that deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery
• Products that have been irreversibly mixed with other products after delivery

This applies in particular to opened food supplements, sports gels, drink powders and other products whose packaging has been opened.

5. Return shipping costs

The direct costs of returning the products are at the expense of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

In case of incorrect or damaged delivery we will cover the return costs. Please contact us first so we can arrange the return.

6. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method as the original order.

The original shipping costs will be refunded if you return the entire order. Any additional costs for a shipping method other than the cheapest standard delivery will not be refunded.

7. Damaged or incorrect delivery

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours of receipt) with a description and photo.
